• You grant us permission to list, display, and promote your submitted game(s) on our platform

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion

• Developers keep 90% of each sale, and Physgit retains a 10% fee

• We may remove listed content that violates laws, infringes copyright, or breaches these Terms
  
  

You are responsible for ensuring your submitted materials are legal and do not infringe on third-party rights.

10. Digital Goods (Steam Keys and Game Content)

When providing or selling digital goods:

• Delivery may be handled through automated systems or manual fulfillment

• We are not responsible for developer-provided content, game performance, or external platform issues
